Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Route My Reviews ("we," "us," "our"), operated by GP Web Labs. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Route My Reviews lets local businesses send SMS messages to their own customers requesting Google reviews. You are responsible for the content you send and for having a prior business relationship with each recipient.
3. Acceptable Use
• You must only message contacts who have opted in or have an existing business relationship with you.
• You must comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC rules, and all applicable laws.
• You must include opt-out language (e.g. "Reply STOP to opt out") in messages.
• No spam, marketing solicitations to non-customers, harassment, or illegal content. Customer mobile numbers collected for SMS messaging consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• No SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) or prohibited industries per Twilio policy.
4. Account & Payment
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. SMS Charges
Your plan includes a monthly SMS quota. Sends beyond your quota are blocked until the next billing period or upgrade. Carrier surcharges and A2P fees are passed through where applicable.
6. Customer Data
You own the contact data you upload. We process it solely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, carrier policy, or that put our platform at risk (e.g. high spam complaint rates).
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
