What we collect
• Account info: business name, owner email, phone (optional).
• Contact data you upload: customer names and phone numbers used to send review requests.
• SMS metadata: message body, recipient number, delivery status, timestamps.
• Usage: pages visited, actions taken, basic device info.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we never store full card details.
How we use it
• Operate the service (sending SMS, billing, support).
• Maintain a suppression list of phone numbers that have replied STOP.
• Detect abuse and comply with carrier and legal requirements.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, quota alerts).
Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service: Supabase (hosting/database), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (billing), and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.
SMS data & consent
You confirm you have permission to text every contact you upload. Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS messaging, along with the corresponding consent data, will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data retention
Account and message data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, then deleted (except records we are legally required to keep).
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing contact@routemyreviews.com. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
